2048 Stone Clash Multiplayer ("the game"), available at

Last updated: 30 September 2026.
Summary
The game has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. We do not collect, store or sell personal data.
Data stored on your device
Your best score, your current solo game, your last selected mode and bot settings, and your player name (if you set one) are saved in your browser's or the app's local storage on your device. Apart from your player name (see Online play), this data never leaves your device, and you can delete it by clearing the app's storage or your browser's site data.
Online play
Online mode connects you directly to the other player using WebRTC, through the open-source PeerJS library. To make that connection:
- Your device connects to the PeerJS matchmaking server (
0.peerjs.com) using a random, temporary room code, or (for Quick match) a shared waiting-spot id. That server sees your IP address while you are connected. - Your device may contact a public STUN server run by Google (
stun.l.google.com) to find a network route, and, if a direct connection is not possible, PeerJS relay servers (turn.peerjs.com) that pass the game data along. - During a match, your board, score and moves are sent to your opponent. As with any peer-to-peer connection, your opponent's device can see your IP address. With Quick match, your opponent is another player you don't know.
You can optionally enter a player name. It is saved on your device and sent to your opponent at the start of each online match so they can see who they are playing; it is not stored anywhere else. Please don't use your full real name if you don't want strangers to see it. No contacts or other personal information are sent. The third-party services above are governed by their own privacy policies.
Camera
If you choose Scan QR code to join a friend's room, the game asks for camera access. The camera image is only read on your device to find the room code; it is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere, and the camera is switched off as soon as the code is found or you press Cancel.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
